Monster Hunter Wilds and Final Fantasy 14 are collaborating with crossover content in both games.
For Monster Hunter Wilds, that means riding a chocobo instead of your usual seikret companion, as well as a version of Omega as a monster to hunt. It’s due in late September.
In Final Fantasy 14, that means riding a seikret mount and a battle against the Guardian Arkveld. it’s due early October.
Of course, it makes sense for the two games to join forces considering they both let you ride a giant yellow chicken. And it’s not the first time the series have collaborated: a few years ago a Monster Hunter World crossover added hunts and exclusive armour to the Square Enix MMORPG.
